Yesterday, City of Las Vegas City Council approved a Land Use Entitlement project request for a new two-story, 40,430-square foot library on the westside of Martin Luther King Boulevard near Mount Mariah Drive.
Located on 5.25 acres, the project is designed by KME Architects and is anticipated to reach a minimum Silver LEED certification. The site will include bicycle parking and electric vehicle (EV) recharging stations and is in walkable distance to the Legacy Park and Urban Chamber of Commerce.
