Today, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas announced Cliff Atkinson president of the resort casino, effective July 31. Atkinson has nearly 30 years of experience in hospitality and has played a leading role in several high-profile hotels across the country including Luxor Hotel & Casino, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and Gramercy Park Hotel.
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is part of Curio Collection by Hilton. The hotel features three hotel towers totaling over 1,500 Chambers and suites, a 60,000 square-feet casino floor operated by Mohegan Casino Las Vegas, and a 4,600-seat live music and entertainment theater. The property is owned by JC Hospitality, LLC, in partnership with Juniper Capital Partners, Virgin Group, LiUNA, Fengate Asset Management, Dream and Orlando Development.
