CommCap Advisors, a commercial mortgage banking firm specializing in the origination and servicing of commercial loans in excess of $1.5 million, announced the promotion of Daniel Stehle to Associate. Daniel joins the team of Adam Gregory, CCIM, and Shelly Dunbar to assist with the origination of debt for all types of income-producing real estate.
In April 2021, CommCap welcomed Stehle to the team as Servicing Administrator. With five years of experience as a California licensed General Appraiser, he completed hundreds of full valuation reports of all commercial real estate property types from $500,000 to $100 million.
Daniel graduated from California State University, San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. Additionally, Daniel has earned several appraisal and valuation certificates.
