Fontainebleau Las Vegas Announces New President and Executive Leadership

Today, Fontainebleau Las Vegas announced new President and executive leadership of the resort including Mark Tricano as President, Michelle Reda as Chief Casino Marketing Officer, and Kimberly Virtuoso as Senior Vice President of People.
Estimated to open in December 2023, Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a joint development by Koch Real Estate Investments, the real estate investment arm of Koch Industries, and Fontainebleau Development founded by developer Jeffrey Soffer.
Tricano has over 20 years of experience in gaming, hospitality, and finance sectors. Tricano’s career has spanned companies domestically and internationally, including Hong Kong-based Galaxy Entertainment Group, Caesars Entertainment, Station Casinos, and JACK Entertainment. Most recently in Macau, Mr. Tricano served as Senior Vice President of Gaming Development and Optimization Services, Labor Planning, and Hotel Revenue Management for Galaxy Entertainment Group – a role in which he oversaw operations and labor strategy for more than $7.5B in annual gross gaming revenue, 13,000+ team members and revenue management for 4,000 hotel rooms.
In addition to Tricano’s appointment, Michelle Reda, a 25-year veteran of luxury hospitality and casino marketing for Las Vegas resorts, has been named Chief Casino Marketing Officer of Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
Prior to Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Reda spent 13 years serving in multiple roles at Wynn Resorts including Vice President of Casino Marketing and the opening team of Encore Las Vegas in 2008.
Kimberly Virtuoso, who joined Fontainebleau Las Vegas in 2002 as Vice President of People, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of People. Virtuoso recently launched the online recruitment portal for Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
