LAS VEGAS, NV – The Grant A Gift Autism Foundation – Ackerman Center is hosting its 13th annual fundraiser gala to support family-centered services to those living with autism and other neurodevelopmental challenges, on Wednesday, Nov. 1, from 5:30 until 9 p.m. on the Allegiant Stadium football field.
This year’s event will honor Las Vegas Raiders owner, Mark Davis, alongside Senator Marilyn Dondero Loop for the community ambassador award. The event will be hosted by UFC and ESPN sports broadcaster, Megan Olivi, and will feature a silent and live auction, an elegant dinner paired with premium wines and captivating entertainment, followed by a heartfelt program honoring children and families affected by autism. Auction items include a pair of F1 VIP tickets, a pair of Super Bowl tickets with a hotel stay at the Wynn, a Vegas Golden Knights armored truck, a Neiman Marcus shoe shopping experience and more.
CDC announced earlier this year that the rate of autism spectrum diagnoses in American children is 1 out of 36. Previously, the 2022 rate was 1 in 44.
All funds raised at the formal gala will stay in Nevada and assist with providing individualized medical treatment plans, scholarships to supplement insurance gaps, increased staffing to reduce the waitlist, expansion of vocational programs and more.
Single tickets for the Grant A Gift Gala are available now for $600 at grantagift.com/events. Additionally, 10-person tables are available for $5,000. With the theme of “Field of Flowers,” all attendees are asked to wear floral print. Those who can’t attend can still make a donation by visiting grantagift.com.
