Henderson Chamber of Commerce and Foundation Raised $5,000 Funds for Local Robotics Clubs

The Henderson Chamber of Commerce (HCC) and Foundation raised $5,000 and distributed the funds to Greenspun, Pinecrest, and Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas.

Funding came from the Biz N Bots campaign to support several local robotics clubs and Chamber members. Local Henderson schools will be competing to be World Champions at the Vex World Robotic Championships this month.

The HCC and HCC Foundation's Community Cares have helped drive the growth of local robotics teams starting with the support of Casey Juliano at Nate Mack Elementary more than 7 years ago. Through her leadership, the clubs have multiplied many times over.
