LM Construction broke ground on its latest project, Nancy J Industrial Park, on the northeast corner of Eagle Rock Street and Nancy Jay Street and north of East Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson.
The industrial park consists of eight freestanding buildings. Each building includes (4) 9’ x 10’ dock loading doors and (2) 12’ x 14’ grade level doors, 24’ clear height, and rear loading access. Each building is divisible to 2 occupants.
“Nancy J is providing a much-needed product for the industrial sector in Henderson. These buildings are perfect for an Owner-user, whereby the owner can lease out half the building and reduce their carrying costs. This is just one of the projects we are developing in the Henderson” said Larry Monkarsh, owner of LM Construction.
The first two buildings are expected to complete in January 2024. Chris Lexis and Joe Leavitt, Principals of Avison Young, are the listing agents. Larry Monkarsh the Owner of LM Construction and partner in Brass Cap Development, is also acting as the Owner/Developer of the project – developing under Red Label LV, LLC.
