Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas announces its Women Build & Brunch on May 11. This annual event unites women from Southern Nevada to support and participate in backyard beautifications and living spaces. Habitat’s 120th and 121st homes will be this year’s projects as they near completion.

New Energy Efficient Home Community Opens Near Russell and I-215

SOLARIS, a new community focused on energy efficiency, is opening this Saturday, May 11th near Russell Road and I-215. The community has 84 homes available, ranging from 1,183 to 1,739 square feet and begin at $339,990. Homebuyers have the option of two- or three-story homes offering two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and may included upgrades. Additionally, SOLARIS homebuyers have access to a dog park, pool and on-site EV chargers.
