Cherry Development opened its second shareDOWNTOWN multifamily property in Las Vegas. The five-story building consists of 84 units on four floors and a fashion pop-up store by Thrifters Anonymous on the ground floor.

Nevada State College announced its spring 2023 graduating class has 895 students who will earn degrees in psychology, business, education, speech-language pathology, criminal justice, and nursing.

Wynn Resorts announced a new integrated resort development in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This is a joint venture partnership with RAK Hospitality Holding LLC and Al Marjan Island LLC. Wynn Resorts has a 40% equity ownership in the development. This resort is estimated to open in the first quarter of 2027.

Link Logistics has acquired Skyline Industrial Portfolio, which consists of six industrial buildings totaling 350,712 square-feet across 18.41 acres in the Southwest submarket of Las Vegas, for approximately $80,000,000. The portfolio is is 100% leased to 14 tenants and institutionally managed.

Matter Real Estate Group announced that Deloitte and Newmark will be among the first tenants of Phase II of UnCommons, a 40-acre mixed-use urban development in southwest Las Vegas.
