The Nevada Affordable Housing Assistance Corporation (NAHAC) has partnered with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada to assist homeowners who have been adversely impacted by the pandemic.
“This partnership with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is a proactive step in assisting southern Nevada homeowners who are facing foreclosure due to the ongoing rippling effects of the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Verise Campbell, CEO/COO of NAHAC. “We are thankful for this partnership and for the joint effort in furthering our goal to provide supportive assistance to keep Nevadans in their homes.”
Under this partnership, NAHAC and the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada will collaborate to share resources and legal services to assist eligible homeowners facing foreclosure. Legal assistance will include information, counsel and advice, brief service, and/or representation.
