Rockefeller Group Acquires Second Las Vegas Site for Industrial Park Development

Rockefeller Group announced today that it has purchased 7 acres of land in North Las Vegas for $8.5 million to develop two industrial buildings totaling 145,630 square feet. The project, Cheyenne Industrial Park, is located at 3102 North Lamb Boulevard and is fully entitled. Construction will begin by the end of year.
The site is within a one-day drive to ten major U.S. cities and Mexico and is near Interstate I-15, Harry Reid International Airport, and the Las Vegas Intermodal Terminal. The project will include two buildings, a 104,440 square foot building and a 41,190 square foot building. The smaller building will include 62 auto-parking stalls and a 135’ truck court.
Rockefeller Group was represented by Jason Simon and Rob Lujan of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Las Vegas office who will also be the listing brokers for the project. HPA Architecture will design the project and Martin Harris Construction will be the general contractor.
The company also announced that it has begun construction on its first development in the region, Nellis Logistics Center, a 134,100 square foot distribution facility, which is located at the southwest corner of North Nellis Boulevard and East Carey Avenue.
