SHEQ Properties, a real estate development firm that specialized in medial and professional office development in Las Vegas, announced its newest office development, Parkway Crossing, in Summerlin. The project will include two Class A professional office buildings with quick access to Summerlin Parkway and Town Center Drive. Construction is expected to finish by October 2023.
Building I, at 1490 Center Crossing Drive, is two stories and 30,000 square feet. It is fully leased by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties.
Building II, at 1480 Center Crossing Drive, is also a two-story structure with 20,000 square feet. Equity Title has leased half of the first floor.
