Tisha R. Black Esq., founding partner of Black & Wadhams Attorneys at Law, was elected to the Nevada Cannabis Association Board of Directors beginning in January 2024.
Black has been an active attorney in the Nevada marijuana industry since 2014. She also represents cannabis clients in California, Missouri, Mississippi, Louisiana and Arizona. A founding member and former president of the Nevada Dispensary Association, she was recently named Global Top 200 Cannabis Lawyers 2023-2024 by Cannabis Law Report and Cannabis Law Journal.
Black also teaches courses in cannabis law, representation, licensure, taxation and compliance to attorneys, cannabis businesses and other stakeholders and is also a board member of Nevada Made Marijuana.
