UnCommons, a 40-acre mixed-use development project by Matter Real Estate Group, has unveiled renderings for Vestra at UnCmmons, a 352-unit residential community at UnCommons' campus located on Durango Rd. and I-215.
The units include studios; one-bedroom, one-bathroom; two-bedroom, two-bathroom; and three-bedroom, two-bathroom. Each unit will have walk-in-closet(s), a washer and dryer, and private lockers for a dry-cleaning service. In addition, Vestra will have a limited number of penthouse units. EDI International is the architect and Jules Wilson Design Studio is the interior designer.
Community amenities include a pool house and a pool, cabanas, fireplaces, BBQs, coworking spaces with “Zoom rooms”, multi-purpose “flex” lounge and a media room. A 100% controlled access parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations will also be part of the property. The leasing office will open in December with first units available in early 2023.
