Last week, Valley Health System broke ground on its newest hospital and medical complex near the Las Vegas Raiders' Headquarter on Raiders Way and St. Rose Parkway. The new 150-bed facility is Valley Health System's 2nd facility in Henderson and its 7th acute care hospital in Southern Nevada. Since 1979, the company has been providing care to the more than two million people living in Southern Nevada and its surrounding communities. The general contractor of the new facility is SR Construction, and the project is scheduled to open in 2024.
